customer has double gift certificate value

customer has double gift certificate value

I'm using v 1.37 and the customer has sent the gift certificate to the recipient. However, now the value is 2x what was originally purchased? Is there a way to change this value to what it's supposed to be? Please help!

You should upgrade to v1.3.8a btw ...

NOTE: v1.3.8a does show customer balances now when there are balances on the Customer listing ...

You can edit the table coupon_gv_customer in the database via phpMyAdmin for this ...

Ok. I will upgrade soon. But, I'm looking at the coupon_gv_customer in phpadmin. Not sure what to do... It doesn't look like there are entires in this table?

ok. so i found the customer entry, but it says $0 for the amount?
