Unique/Custom Terms & Conditions on a Per-Product Basis

Is there functionality whereby the purchaser must check a box agreeing to customizable set of "terms and conditions" for the sale of an individual item, where failure to check the box would lock them out from purchasing the item?

In other words, can we define unique Ts&Cs per product ... Ts&Cs that are enforced via a checkbox (or some other mechanism)?

That is not a built-in feature of Zen Cart.

You'd have to write custom code to make that happen, as well as expand the database to store the custom data per product.

I am actually already working on a custom solution for this, I will let you know how it goes.
