HTML Emails - are there any free HTML email template generators?

is there any software out there thats free that can helkp make template driven html emails to send to customers and generial email marketing and newsletters??

looking for something that i can use to create the html then i can just copy and paste into the email on zencart and email from my outlook express etc!

we use groupmail free version for mass emails. its very easy to use.
