Custom 404 Error Page with Site Map Sample Text

Got the above error after creating a new page using the About_us download. The actual page is being renamed for a different purpose. I believe that I have renamed all the appropriate files but still cannot find the error

Try enabling/adding the about us with no changes to see if you are addressing everything - use this as your guide for your custom page

This is the 3rd page I've added this way. All the others worked fine. Knowing Murphy's Law on programing (I checked everything), I know I made a minor error somewhere but cannot find it.

The "bug" disappeared when I re-did the more_information sidebar
