Trying to change product listing formatting

I am trying to change the formatting on the product_listing.php page so that there is an extra <tr> between the products. the client has specified this as one of his requirements and I can't seem to figure it out.

Any thoughts on the matter would be very appreciated.

for the record an example url is : http://www.zerodagger.com/zen/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=6

thanks in advance
