how do I change the logo on this template?

I just installed a new template and usally when you change the logo to your own you just change the file logo.gif

However on this template it is a text logo and there is no file logo.gif

Anyone know how I can put my own gif logo in there?

I have contacted the guy that made it but had no responce.

This is assuming you mean the logo on the main section ie the center of the page

its ok now, ive decided to go for another template.

OK...
if you still want to go with the other template you might have to look in /includes/languages/english/header.php
you wound then need to copy that file header.php and place it in your custom folder (ie the one you made when you first installed zen) so it would look like this
/includes/languages/english/custom/header.php
Then make the changes, if you do this the next time you do an update all the info you made on the headers will change with the upgrade.
Note it might not we in the directory above but you could do a seach for the header.php. inside:
includes/templates/free_blue/
