Attribute weight and zone shipping
I will be converting from price-based shipping to weight-based shipping. I have a test cart, 1.3.7 (all bugs patched), that I'm using to test this.
I added fictitious weights to attributes. When I add 2 of the same attribute to the cart, the shipping charge goes up to the next price in the table.
I also have both tares set to 0:0.

Change the size to Sample Jar, and add 2 to cart. Shipping should be $2.50, not $5.

I tried uninstalling all the shipping mod and reinstalling them to no avail. What am I doing wrong?
ETA: The product is set to "priced by attributes," and the weight is 0.
