checkout_process page can not be displayed only when using CC to check out

Hi Everyone,

We recently upgraded our ZenCart to 1.3.7 and everything is good except that when I go to use a credit card with Authorize.net AIM .. the index.php?main_page=checkout_process page gives me this nice error:

IE Cannot display the webpage.

Now, the odd thing is that that if I use a gift certificate during check out .. it works fine....

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

• Were you using AIM before your upgrade?
• Who are you hosted with?
• Try installing the curltest script from this post and follow the instructions: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?p=408522#post408522
• There's an updated AIM module, similar to what's built-in to Zen Cart v1.3.8a, available here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?p=441023#post441023 ... which might work a little better.

Ok, I installed the patch you reccomended that and now I get this:

WARNING: Security hash problem. Please contact store-owner immediately. Your order has not been fully authorized.

What does this mean?

Ok i did the cURL thingy.. and i'm still getting the

WARNING: Security hash problem. Please contact store-owner immediately. Your order has not been fully authorized.

Ok, i tried switching the to the IP address cURL address, but it wouldn't go through with that.. so it appears to be going throught to Authorize.net, but i'm still getting the security hash problem.

Let me know what I can do to fix this.. and THANKS so much for the help so far.. I really appreciate it!

Have you selected an MD5 Hash word/phrase in your Auth.net account settings?
And then entered that same word/phrase in your Zen Cart AIM settings?

Ok, in the authorize.net AIM settying in zen cart.. there is a "NON" labeled field below the Transaction Key... is that the hash?

I'm not seeing the HASH part IN zencart.. I have it set in authorize.net

Oh ... if you installed new PHP files for the payment module, you need to write down your settings in your Zen Cart admin, then click Remove on that module, then click Install, and then fill in your settings again.

Ahhh... let me try that.. I didn't do that... :) I am using the newer version of the Authorize.netAIM..

OMG that totally did it.. Thank you SOOOOOO much drbyte.. !!! Now onto my shipping problems haha.
