Estimate Shipping Costs
When a customer uses the shipping estimator and they are not signed in, they answer 3 questions; country, state and zip. However, it seems the shipping cost is based on the zip and the other 2 questions are not necessary and can be deleted from the estimator. Does this sound correct?
