Problem with IE7 ( content runs off the page )

I've just altered the main page of my site and everything looks fine in Firefox, but in IE7 all the content is off the right hand side of the page. I've made a new stylesheet for the main page and named it index_home.css but its still happening. I've had a look through previous posts but I cant find a solution so could somebody please have a look and see where I've gone wrong, I'm new to this so it may be something simple, my site is http://www.mrprinteronline.com

Panic over, it seems I was missing a <br class="clearBoth" /> at the bottom of my tpl.header.php

I justed looked at your site. I noticed the nice styles for links on the top.
Well the blue was not in the right place for the first row of buttons I mean you could not see the first row of buttons. If you have firefox browser you could get a free css extension I think it called edit css. then you could edit the css right in the browser to get it just like you want. That how I just fixed up
my site a few days ago . Whic I only had jen cart installed for a week now.
Now this problem would take some type of hard coding of css code to get it like you want it to look.
