EMAIL ISSUE (contact us page)

So on my contact page, i used the drop down menu option under ADMIN>CONFIGURATION>EMAIL OPTIONS.

I followed the directions exactly to put mutiple options...ie. sales, cust serv, etc., but i only get email if people choose the first option. I tested it several times selectiing different "send to email" but no email comes. only option one gives me the email message.

Can anyone help? thanks.

I did exactly as follows:
On the "Contact Us" Page, set the list of email addresses , in this format: Name 1 email@address1, Name 2 email@address2

Am i supposed to edit another file as well?

Did you create e-mail addresses for each option on your server/hosting account:
sales@your_domain.com
custserv@your_domain.com
etc.

Yes i did. I did one email for SALES and another email for CUST SVC. I put the comma in between and put the email in the format as described above. Only get emails when u choose the first option. wierd.

I understand that part, what I was asking was about the e-mail accounts you have with your hosting provider.

How many accounts do you have set up? You should be able to set up several.

You should have one for each of the options you have in Zen Cart.

Yea, i did that, i actually created one for each account but still not working.
