Ceon Protx module vs 1054 Unknown column 'U' in 'where clause'

Hi all
I just updated my server and get the above error well in full i get

1054 Unknown column 'U' in 'where clause'
in:
[ SELECT zone_id FROM zen_zones_to_geo_zones WHERE geo_zone_id = 10 AND zone_country_id = U ORDER BY zone_id ]

When trying to view order infomation.

I first assumed this was a mysql5 issue but

im not on mysql 5

But this did start happeneing after the server upgrade so unless its coincidental im assuming its to do with the upgrade I do know the old version of mysql was 4.1.20-2 and php was 4.3.9-3.22.5

It appears to only affect certain orders in admin and i cant see it affecting anywhere else but orders in admin.
But im at a loss, and suggestions

I have been looking at all avenues and cant see how the recent upgrade of mysql (as above) would affect only admin and orders/super orders. I could do with any assistance at all at the moment, anyone got any ideas?

I have just upgraded to 1.3.8 as well and do not see this issue (using super order as well). You probably missed something or overwrote something during the upgrade)

I recall seeing someone else post a similar "U" problem, and if I recall correctly, it was after installing the uk_template addon or something akin to it. Or maybe it was a UK-related payment module?

Maybe you should check which addons you have installed and active.

not using the uk template, but the version is 1.3.0.2 not 1.3.8 yet

I chenged nothing in the zen cart but did a server upgrade as above, so mysql and php was updated. Im looking to see if i can roll back to the old ones, but as its still 4.x not 5.x i cant see its mysql related directly. Obviously something is borked but i dont know what

Also its only credit card payments other payments work fine. I have recently updated the ceon protx module also could they be related?
