tpl_product_info_display problem

Hi there, I seem to be having some problems overriding the product info file.
As soon as I copy the file in my personal folder (even as the default file), the product page is blank, but can still see the page TITLE.
I had a search for a few days but couldnt come up with anything.
Any help is appreciated!
Cheers,

Steve

Re: tpl_product_info_display problem

We need details of what you did - how did you copy the file? Have you successfully copied other files this way? Can you give a link to your site?

Re: tpl_product_info_display problem

I've upped it from my work PC, also from home PC...trying fireftp and smartftp at both locations.
I've re-dl'd the package again and upped a brand new file from that...
I'm currently overriding other files and not having any problems, that's why I'm kind of confused at the moment.
I will get a link up soon, i just have to reproduce the problem again.
any ideas until then?

Re: tpl_product_info_display problem

To be honest, no. If it's working for other files done in the same way, I don't see why it wouldn't work for an unmodified tpl_product_info_display.php.

Re: tpl_product_info_display problem

Actually, sorry, I just tried the contact_us_default file, and it is doing the same.
The files I overrid in the common & css folders are working fine.
Seems the templates folder is the problem...for whatever reason
