Changing Name as appears in Information Sidebar

I have successfully changed the Shipping & Returns page title to just Shipping Information. I need to make the change so that it appears in the sidebar correctly in the Information Sidebox. That is still showing as Shipping & Returns. What file do I make this change in? Similarly, I would like to change "Conditions of Use" to "Terms of Use".
