1.3.8a cannot get past licence acceptance
I've decided to bite the bullet and move up to 1.3.8, so I tried a fresh install first just to check it out.
When I start the install process, I accept the licence (with pleasure - top job folks!) but the screen after that fails to load - I get an 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' message.
Any ideas? should I be making sure any particular directory writeable or anything? I haven't ever had any problems installing 1.3.7 but am obviously doing something dumb now!

Just tried the install again in Opera to see if the error message was any different.
No error message this time, but on the ../zc_install/index.php?main_page=inspect page I just get a blank page.
