Error- Shipping Page resizes and cannot continue

I've had two customers give me this problem-

"Tried to buy something from your site and got to the
shipping page and there is no way to go further. Can't
see about an inch of the right part of the screen. I
can't scroll over anymore."

and similarly-

"tried to place an order but cant seem to get past the shipping method page! It already shows my correct address, which is great, but cannot get to the next page! Help! Are you experiencing this problem often? I can't actually read the whole page...the right side disappears into the purple background! "

regretfully they did not give me their IE type. i have not been able to recreate this myself. and seems to have happened only twice as i can see who created accounts and made purchases. high success rate.

anyway, it seems the page expands to some incredible size and the scroll bars disappear. i'm hoping some one else has encountered this as it seems really weird to me.

thanks and peace to all

just found out the first instance the customer is using IE 6.0, could it simply be the older version could cause this?

Re: Error- Shipping Page resizes and cannot continue

Sounds like you have a coding problem with your Shipping page. Shouldn't matter what Browser is used, if coding is correct it will look almost the same in any Browser and "almost" with any OS.

You can check your coding with this online Validator:

P.S. The default install of Zen Cart is error free.
