Product Statistics do not match the site

Hello,
The Product Statistics in the Admin console do not match the site or the Catalog.
Has anyone else seen this issue? Any suggestions?

I found the problem. I had 2 catagories duplicated that threw off the count on my site but not on the stats since the products were not duplicated also.
