HALP! Lost my product pages

I tried adding a mod that wasn't for my version of zencart, so I uploading the last mod I had to replace the files. I am at least able to get back into my site, but product pages aren't showing. I am getting a blank page.

Revert to the backup you took before adding this mod

I am now seeing product pages but getting this error:
