Clearing the deadbuttons

Dear Zen Gurus,

My site, http://mybabysblankie.com/index.php?main_page=index only exists in English and only takes US dollar. But unfortunately, I have a button for language selection and a drop down menu for currency selection on the top bar.

Could someone please point me in the right direction for me to remove those un-necessary buttons and maybe expand the the links to take up the rest of the bar?

I have tried to search for this on this forum, but unfortunately all the threads where people asked a similar questions didn't seem to have an answer.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Clearing the deadbuttons

Login as admin
Choose Tools
then
Layout Controller..
from that screen you can activate
and deactivate sideboxes/header boxes.

Re: Clearing the deadbuttons

I'm afraid that didn't help.
I looked and looked under layout settings and could not find anything that would turn off those options in the top bar.
On that page, all I could find where options for the side boxes and not the tittle bar.

Can anyone help?

No,it's not under Configuration - Layout Settings, it's under Tools - Layout Boxes Controller - right near the bottom you'll see sideboxes/currencies.php and sideboxes/languages.php

Very nice looking site, by the way. Did you create the template yourself?

Re: Clearing the deadbuttons

That looks like a template monster template and those boxes/buttons may be hardcoded in that bar.
