changing "Products Shipping Weight" for all

is there a way to change the "Products Shipping Weight:" field for every product at once? I see how to change attributes but not how to change "default" fields

currently I have all "Products Shipping Weight:" set to "0" and want to change these to "1' in anticipation of changing my shipping method from per-item to weight-based

I need to do this too, but for Max Quantity attributes. It would make sense to be able to do this anywhere. Did you figure this out? V1.3.8

Using the Tools ... Install SQL Patches ...

To change all products_weight in the products table from 0 to 1 use:

UPDATE products SET products_weight = 1 WHERE products_weight = 0;

To change ALL products_weight in the products table from ANYTHING to 1 use:

UPDATE products SET products_weight = 1;

To change the Maximum Quantity products_quantity_order_max to be 1 use:

UPDATE products SET products_quantity_order_max = 1;

WARNING: Always backup your database before doing things like this ... or you will be doomed ... :eek:
