ok maybe i can work off of this

I attached the current tpl_product_info that i have modified from clyde's layout

but what i am trying to change:

• add to cart & attributes just below description on right column
• custom "product details tab" and include details such as model# in this tab
• additional images and cross sell and review in tabs

can anyone suggest how to modify clyde's page to accommodate the above?

Ok, the sub details thing isn't a bug. The tag you are using is "<!--*sub_DetailsOn**Tabs**(3)*-->" but should be singular, not plural:

I'm not quite sure what you are after. Do you want something like the image I attached? That would take a little CSS work but shouldn't be too hard to do. I'm unfortunately not very good at CSS. (I used a table to hack mine together :P)

Actually that is a bug. It SHOULD be plural... according to my documentation. I see I made a similar error with the AttribsOnTabs too I'll update the doc. The code will remain tho.. so it will stay singular

b) Will a store search still yield results based on the tabbed product descriptions?

Ah yea you're right it is zencart. No that's not my mod. That one is using the default 5 tab structure hard coded so that all tabs say the same thing. And they are hardcoded into the template page instead of using an external module or div block.

sg.. that template is zc1.3.7 just so you know (not that much has changed from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8)

I will have to clean it up a bit to work with the new tabs (as there is some hardcoding there)

I'll see if I can work on it today.

I hardcoded the tables in my product info template on that link I gave to work with my old Tabbed Products Lite contrib. Which means that it is riddled with confusing code and stuff. To make it work with TPP i would need to rip out the TPL stuff first.

I just installed your mod and love it! Thanks for the great contrib!

Had a quick question. On my product page the description shows, then below that is the add to cart, and then below that is the tabbed products row with my tabs.

How do I go about moving this so that the tabs are above the description?

Are you using a custom product info template that has other changes besides the tabs?

I'm working on adding some additional tab images. Trying to make them all the same size so that they can be easily swapped. Some examples can be seen on my demo site. (Im using a little javascript there to show them off, but thats not part of the tab contrib)

Not related, but that setting is in:

Configuration->Layout Settings->Product Discount Quantities - Display how many per row?

Oddly enough it doesn't seem to work for me.. but i didnt test it much. I get 5 rows across. Not sure how most get 2x3 and stuff

I'm looking back at my zc1.3.6 install too. It's broken there too. Looks like it never worked right. Might be worth mentioning in the zencart bugs forum.

• I set it to 1 and get 1 row with 3 across, 1 row with 2 across, 1 row with 2 across (the last one is blank td cell)
• I set it to 2 and get 1 row with 2 across, 1 row with 4 across
• I set it to 3 and get 1 row with 6 straight across.
• I set it to 4 and get 1 row with 5 across, 1 row with 1 across

Oh i see the problem. It does rows but doesn't account for columns. So it seems to be randomly making columns or something. I'll have a peek at the code to figure what it's doing. It is also counting the header and footer fields as part of the rows... :lookaroun

I am using the lavender template but nothing specific for product info display. Here is an example: https://www.simetraonline.com/demo

If you go to Oil Burners > Blue Butterfly you will see where the tabs are and how it displays.

I am not sure if this is something in the css for this mod or something else that controls that layout so that the tabs are above the description and not below like they are.
