Manually applying shipping charges
We have "call for price" if the product size chozen is above a certain size.
Trouble is I do not know how to add a shipping charge manually to someone's order. I had visualized that they would create the order, call or email us and we go into admin and add a charge (after determining it). then notify them and they could complete the order or some other approach.
Any suggestions please?
