[Done v1.3.9] Search terms being given extra escape characters
I am using Zen-Cart 1.3.8. This is an upgrade from 1.3.7. I have tested this in my custom template as well as the default template with the same results.
When I attempt to search for a specific word such as "hat" including the quotes, no search results are returned and my search string has been changed to "hat". If I continue to click search more escape characters are added, such as \\"hat"\\
When I search for two words in the same fashion such as "felt hat" no such problem occurs and the search works correctly.
This does not seem like normal behavior.
