Weird results from Who's online

Is anybody familiar with this and should I be concerned?

Recently I went to my admin and selected who's online. Normally theres just a handful of viewers currently on the site. Recently however I found about 50 guests all with the same dns and host name and all on for about the same amount of time. Most recently it appeared that there was another website name in the session field rather than the usual mumbo jumbo.

This has happened twice in the last week.

What was the website name?
I sometimes see several "guests" online and when I check the IP address, it's Google or some other search engine crawling the site.

I'm seeing something similar. The host is miga.lv

Any ideas?
