Image behind main site

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to make it so that I don't have a LIGHT BLUE BACKGROUND behind my site? I would like it to show an image I have uploaded to templates/myown/images file. I have searched this site and on the internet as well....I tried and tried to edit the css file, but my background NEVER changes from the light blue...:wacko:

ALSO...where you have the (...), do I put: http://mywebsite/public_html/includes/templates/myowntempate/images?

LOL !!!....I figured it out! My image was too small so it was being stretched too much...I uploaded a bigger image and it worked! Thank you so much again! I am very, very grateful!
