And are you using this seo module?

I ran into the same problem sometimes without this module at all.

IPN check:
/ipncheck.php gives this result:

I removed your paypal ipn, reinstalled it, then use my paypal business account instead of yours, then I placed an order.

You can see that the order is displayed in your admin.

I will now remove my paypal info, I suspect something is wrong when you set it up, make sure:
The email: **EXACTLY **the primary email address on your PayPal account settings. It IS case-sensitive, so please check your PayPal profile preferences at paypal.com and be sure to enter the EXACT same primary email

The return url: https://darlenesartgallery.com/checkout_process

The ipn: https://darlenesartgallery.com/ipn_main_handler.php

This should serve as an example for other users as well

I updated, used my account, the order went thru. You can now try again with your order.

Yellow you can try again if you like. I forgot to put in the Identity Token the last time. Are you just suppose to use the letters and numbers or do you use the _- in front of them.

OK It looks right in admin and paypal. See if it will work, if not I'm stump.

Yellow as you can see it did not work again. I'm assuming the paypal express has something to do with it on my main site. I'm not using ipn on that site and this one is going through it on paypal like I said. Will this module work with paypal express maybe that is how I need to set it up. I don't know.

No, I mean the item details are not shown in the Paypal checkout - the page between the store and payment.

It just says:
Store Name Purchase
Item Number Store Receipt

The details came through in the order email fine.

An update regarding our progress (contrycharm and me)

PP Express works perfectly. Paypal IPN keeps refusing to process.

I'm stumped as well, a search about IPN returns a long list of threads with all kinds of possible problem.

I'd say that SSU does not work well with IPN in certain conditions (since we know it does work for some stores already), unfortunately I have not discovered these "conditions" that trigger this error yet.

1 thing I know: I set up my paypal account on this host and it was able to process flawlessly. So it may be something different between our Paypal settings that causes this.

Yes PP Express did work so I guess I will stick with that for right now. I need to let my customers know when it goes to Paypal that I own both of these stores so that they wont be thrown off by it. Yellow thank you so much for you help on this matter, and let me know if you find out the other problem on the IPN side. It might be me but I have tried everything I know to do. Thank you again.

I think I know where to look, but I need to take some rest first, lol, looking at the code for many hours straight has been stressful for both of us ^_^
