Can I print a product catalog?

It seems the standard reports are really basic. If there an add-on or something I'm missing that would allow me to print a basic product listing by category.

There's a contribution called Printable Pricelist that should do what you want. It's pretty flexible, but needs a bit of config to get what you want. I like it.
