Allowing access to products to specific customers only?

Any ready made modules etc..?

1. Having product visible only to certain customers.
   OR / AND
2. Having product visible but access to order only to certain customers.

For example customer orders a visit cart by selecting a spesific ready template.
We design the card according to template.
The next time customer need to reorder he could go an see his product in the shop with his own person information on the product image. The idea is that only he seen the product.

Also other case that we like to provide some groups of people own business card templates so restricting on ly certain customers to see them.
