Extract products, orders, and customers from database

I need to extract all of my products and categories, customers and order histories from my current 1.3.7 database, and migrate it to a new database for 1.3.8. How would I do this?

Why not just upgrade your 1.3.7 database?

I'm afraid. :huh:

I wanted to just rebuild the whole thing from scratch. It only took me about 4 hours to do, but a few things aren't working, including the SEO url's plugin. Still a lot of testing to do.

I actually don't think I'll need any help with this, as I am going to try to do an upgrade tomorrow. I just have soooo many add-ons, and I didn't document which ones I had installed when I first built the site. A lot can go wrong.
