Bunch of issues using Google Checkout on 1.3.8 dev cart

Hey Everyone, testing google checkout on my 1.3.8 dev cart and got some problems....

After clicking the pay now on googles page from google checkout to the final google checkout that says, "Thanks Eric Stein, you're done!", in between these pages it says - "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to diplay the nonsecure items?" - how can I prevent this as this is on googles server the whole time?

also - when I clicked to continue back to our site, it went to our ?main_page=checkout_success page and gave me an order number duplicate of the last order placed AND didn't send an email with order confirmation OR list it in our admin order page OR the Google processing page...

any suggestion on these 3-4 things?

GoogleCheckout mod authors insisted that you have to ask for support on their google group.

hey thanks... I agree... but I can't for the life of me figure out how to join the group... I tried posting, got an email saying I have to join first, looked everywhere and could not figure out how to join, in the help it says there should be a join group button the left side, but there is nothing... any help to get my question posted there would be awesome....

First login using your gmail account.

In the RIGHT column on any of the group pages you should see a bold link "join this group". Click that link. You'll be presented with a Google Account login form. Login with your gmail account. If you don't have a gmail click the link "create an account now". ;-)

You didn't state which mod version you have installed.

Just throwing out some ideas here...

You can check the "source" of both the Google Checkout payment page and the source of the GC Done page. Look for some objects which have a URL with "http" protocol and not "https".

Or it might be a SSL misconfiguration.

What is the "return" page URL you configured the GC mod with. Is it https ?

A remote possibility that your PC might be infected. If running windows on your local PC I suggest scanning it for malware (with up-to-date definitions).

Best to post your originally reported issue to the Google Checkout Support team. I don't think your issue has anything to do with the mod.

I am using the latest version of google checkout for ZC1.3.8 download in contrib section.

Posted successfully in google groups and got NO reply...

takes to success_checkout page after google checkout, but only if you logged in my ZC cart, if you didn't login, it takes you to a timed out page - index.php?main_page=time_out says "Whoops,... timed out"

it is going back to https page - I don't get any error security popup on IE7

so really these are the issues:

1. if not logged in ZC - after GC payment takes to timed out page
2. if logged in ZC - after GC payment takes to success page, but doesn't create a new order number, uses old one, already used, and doesn't show anywhere in admin, under GC waiting or regular orders.

any suggestion?
