A few general arrangement question

I've just about tweaked my cart to the way I'd like it, more or less. I only have about 12 products to sell. I just have a few things I can't figure out how to adjust.

As you can see, the home, my account and test ezlinks are crowded very close to the top of the main box. I'd like to move them down some and give them some breathing room, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that.

Also, the categories which show up just beneath the logo, I'd like to move down into the main content area and I'd like it to be the only place they appear. I don't want categories listed on product pages or anywhere, only once in the main section. This has evaded me as well.

Finally, somehow I managed to center everything all the time. I can't seem to figure out where I did this; any ideas?

I managed to get things figured out the way that I need them, except for the ezpages links! I've looked everywhere I can think to look and I tried making the image associated with the ezpages wrapper taller, but the links continue to hug the top. I can't find anything in the stylesheet.css that would obviously affect that. Does anyone know?
