Urgent! Please help with unusual problem

My website is not working for some reason.

url:
www.tsongo.com

it was woking fine and suddenly is pointing to www.tsongo.com/zc_install/index.php

what could have caused this and how do i fix this?
how do i prevent this from happening in the future?

please help as we cannot expose our products anymore online and we are loosing much business

Question is zn_install/index/php still load in your store? ie can you see it in the directory of your store
if so you will need to remove it or rename it.

no the folder is not in the directory.

i tried replacing the index.php files from a backup but still no luck

any suggestions?

A redirect to the zc_install dir. can mean there is a problem connecting to the database.

You should check your database and/or contact your Hoster about this problem.
