Re: securing site wont work

You can't upload changed configure.php files to the server if the files on the server are still flagged as read-only (which would be normal for regular operation).
You'll need to make them writable before you can upload your changes.
And of course make them read-only again when done.

You don't have permission to access /zencart/admin/login.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.6 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.6 OpenSSL/0.9.8g DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at coilingdragoninternalarts.com Port 80

Re: securing site wont work

I guess that depends on "what" you've changed, both in terms of file contents and file permissions.

Re: securing site wont work

Can you tell us what the file permissions are for these files:

zencart/includes/configure.php

zencart/admin/login.php
zencart/admin/includes/configure.php
