create_account.php is showing at the top of website

create_account.php is showing at the top of my website when you go to login I have been using the Classic template all the time, I have to find a new hosting place and I decided since I was going to be transfering my site to a new host, while it was down I would upgrade to 1.3.8 so I did the custom template, I downloaded, recover_cart_sales, and about us
everything was working ok until I decide to login and put an product in my cart and leave it to test it. now the letter is real large boxes are all out of shape and that account.php is showing at the edge of the top of the page.
can someone help please? I don't know if it something wrong with my custom template or the other two downloads. website: bestvarietyshop.com

I went through my files and templates, it was a create_account.php in public_html / includes / modules, public_html / includes / modules /mycustom template and also public_html / includes / modules /classic template I made a copy of them and they were all the same file. I deleted the one in my custom and from the classic and then went and and login the text and sideboxes was back to normal. them I created an account and it was ok. I deleted the recover_cart_sales, I was getting a warning invalid stat I don't remember.
