Newbie questions about shipment/payment settings (for Sweden)

Hello!

I have been trying to find some basic info on setting up shipping parameters, I have found loads of info on the forum - but not really the basic stuff that I´m after.... (Like it says in the Things every New Zenner needs to know - thread, almost as hard searching the forum as building the shop:blush:)

Anyway I´d like my shop to function in the following way;

  1. Shipment cost should follow a given postal service pricelist. So if the client buys one product of 1Kg and 10 products of 100 grams the cost of shipping 2Kg should be added to the order.

2)Since we have some options for different types of mail (priority, express, letter, parcel, etc) I wonder how to set different shipment costs for the same weight? (1kg with express service being more expensive that 1Kg with normal parcel).
it would also be grate if Zen-Cart could choose the cheaper one (e.g. letter instead of parcel when the item is lighter than 1Kg).

  1. A few items in our shop are rather large and need manual handling. Is there some way to "tag" these items to be handled in a special way? And is there someway the order is to be put on "hold" for us to manually add the shipment cost?

  2. On checkout the client should be able to chose payment in advance (to our bank via giro) OR COD. If COD is chosen additional 50SEK should be added to the shipment cost.

I would very much appreciate answers on how to achieve these things. If so only answers to one question would mean alot!

If anyone knows of a module cooping with Swedish shipment/payment that would be great! Also if payware - as long as it´s not too expensive for our "basement company":blink:
