Where to find Zen Cart freelance developers?

Hi, I've looked on eLance, RentACoder, Guru, etc and the offerings seem to be meager. Most eLance projects involving Zen Cart were from back in 2006. Is this accurate? Am I looking in the wrong place? Where would I go to find some basic functional programming expertise for hire on a project basis?

Try posting a request in the Commercial Help Wanted section of this forum with a brief description of what you're looking for.
