My next baby step: adding an item for a customer
I've been using my present cart to keep track of my offline/by email and cheque sales. Basically use the cart to do all my sales accounting.
My next baby step will be to figure out: If a client contacts me online by email, or by telephone, can I add his sale directly into the admin face, for easier accounting purposes and invoice numbering? He will buy offline, but I use my online cart to account his sale. Can I?
Can I also set up a temporary item, where a client customises an order offline, and I set up a temp item so he can pay for it by Visa?
I'm not concerned with inventory numbers.
