How to add link to "call to price" images?

I want to add link to "call to price" images, so it can link to require page. How can I add it? Which file should I edit?

"Call for price" image will link to the contact page - surely that's the point of it? If you're listing your products as "Call for Price" then you want your cutomers to go to a place that allows them to see your contact information...
