title bar problem?

Hi all,
I'm hoping this hasn't been answered elsewhere, but it's a bit dificult finding stuff when you don't know the proper name for it. :blush:
Some of my pages are retaining the Zen Cart title info like this:

Usually they appear like this, eg:
Fashion Dimensionals 3D Paints
but occasionally they revert back.
It appears in the title bar & the tab bars ( sorry for not knowing the correct terms)
Where can I change thses?
And why does it happen?
The categories, subcategories & product listings are all made in the same way, but the occassional one still does the Zen Cart thing in both the header bar (in IE) & the tab bar (both IE & Firefox)
In Firefox, the header bar( the blue one at the top that says "Zen Cart Support - Post New Thread - Mozilla Firefox" while I'm filling in this question post box, just says Mozilla Firefox!
Any ideas as to what I can do to put it right?:huh:
I'm using v1.3.02 a the moment, though I will be upgrading sometime soon.

ps I really don't want to wait until I upgrade for this to be fixed because I don't know how long it will take me before I get it all upgraded & ready to go live.
