errors after changing servers: 1146 Table 'products' doesn't exist

Hello, we just had our site transferred to a new platform (ipower web V3.0)at the request of our host. When the transfer by the host was complete and one tries to click 'shop', 'buy tees' or view a 'slideshow' on our website (clamdiggin.com) the error message "1146 Table 'clamdigg_zencart.clam_products' doesn't exist" comes up, this error message also comes up when i go into our admin of zencart. I posses little programming skills but when i look into the files on the database, everything seems to be intact there. Ipower webs response to our frustrations thus far has been little more than a shoulder shrug, saying everything on their end went fine and that this is a design-related issue and therefore not their problem, i am confused and surprised that they would say a site problem that was non-existent BEFORE the transfer was not their problem ! Can someone set me straight as to what is going on ? The transfer took place on monday at 3 am and has been down since, we are desperate to get this fixed, this site is our livelyhood.
