vs ALL LIVE HELP Add-Ons

There sem to be many live help add ons to Zen Cart.

I would be nice to get user experiences on the different add-ons.

For me the main importance is that it is FREE and I mean totally free and not free as limited version.
I also like that customer is not reguired to have skype account.
Prefer also tool to be simple at customer side.

Crafty Syntax is ok if you have just a little bit of traffic. Otherwise ask Merlin, it nearly crashed the server several times :). Plus the constant refreshing of the page drove me nuts.

SHINE Live Help I had trouble with IE. Both customer and CSR would log into the chat, but it would never actually connect with the CSR. After fooling with it for a few days, I dropped it.

I ended up going with Provide Support. Its $15 a month for one operator, $35 a month for 3, etc. I quickly found it was worth paying a little cash instead of cursing and kicking a buggy chat day after day.
