Order Confirmation emails are blank!?

All of my Order Confirmation emails that are sent customers are blank, also all of the email update are being sent blank.

I personally have no idea why, but please post your settings from "configuration", "email options", and perhaps someone else can offer more advice with that info. :smile:

Any emails I send or ones that are automatically sent are blank.

For some reason whenever a email is sent from my site, e.g. when someone signs up or when an order has been updated, the email my customer receives is blank.

Anyone know why?

Perhaps this is related to your other problem - check your files to make sure they are the correct permissions and not corrupted or missing.
