Linkpoint Error -- SGS-020003: Invalid XML

Thanks a ton for this. saved me more of my hair!

Setting up First Data for the first time on Zen Cart version 1.3.8a- we are getting the same error:
Your card has been declined. Please re-enter your card information, try another card, or contact the store owner for assistance.

The log shows Invalid XML and shipping=f because we have downloadable products with free shipping.

I saw the fix for changing a line in linkpoint_api.php:
" $myorder["shipping"] = $order->info['shipping_cost'];"
but the file I have in my linkpoint folder is called class.linkpoint_api.php, and this line is not there.

I tried using the bug fix file named here:

but as it is the different file name (linkpoint_api.php) and not the one we have (class.lnkpoint_api.php) it dos not work.

I called First Data and they said they cannot help because their code has been changed by Zen Cart.

What do I need to do to resolve this error?

class.linkpoint_api.php is only one of several files related to linkpoint. In the folder above that is the linkpoint_api.php file you're looking for.

You'll have more success if you're using v1.3.9, since it includes several bugfixes including the shipping=f one you mention.
