stock not being removed after sold out

I am having a problem with stock status not being turned to 0 after the quantity is reduced to 0 following a sale. I have set all the stock setting as they should be for this to happen as per previous posts. I don't know if this is intermittent or not but when i do tests locally on the same database it does behave as it should ... but then the live site definately at other times does not swith the status to off. anyone got ideas what could cause this? thanks for any help:smile:

What version of Zen Cart? What addons or modifications have been done?

it is the mos recent version of zencart 1.3.8a with the following addons,

admin profiles, apple zen template, ask a question, email acvhive, image handler, quick updates, rss feed, super orders (not being used), testimonial, timezone offset, zen lightbox, simple google analytics, google sitemap

What are the first seven settings on your Admin > Configuration > Stock page?

Vérifie le niveau de stock ---true
Soustraire le stock ---true
Autoriser la commande ---false

(I don't know in english but yes I have activated the stock level)

In fact, if I don't put any options (like download, radio etc), my stock is removed after sold out. If I add only one option (whatever the option, I have test all), it don't work ...

Je recommande que vous changez "Statut des produits dans le catalogue qui sont en stock épuisé" de 1 à 0.

I use the latest version; Zen Cart 1.3.8.
And the french language module.
