Sideboxes not showing up

Ok, this is now the third store i've built and I can't get the side boxes to show Global is on...

Anyone have an idea why? Please Help!!!:(

Did you go to the Tools ... Layout Boxes Controller ... and load them for your template then turn on the ones that you want to use, or hit RESET for the default settings?

I hit reset, but it will not let me change the sides the boxes appear on:frusty:

You cannot click on one of the sideboxes and click EDIT and then click the radio button for LEFT va RIGHT?

Have you an URL to show on your site that might help indicate if your Template is preventing this from working correctly? :eek:

Have you put in a custom template? You'll need to be specific. If this is a clean, unadulterated, fresh install of zencart, then you may have a couple of corruptions in the files - sometimes a result of FTP process. Before we can point you to solutions, we need to know the status of things such as those mentioned above.
