tabs for order steps, attributes question

Is there a way to make tabs for the order steps, for example if the customer wants to go back and fix something, then they click on the tab and they go back...like on the product tabs.

Also is there a way to make attributes that if a customer pick color A, then they will go to another set of attributes, instead of having all attributes showing at once
