Fonts from HTML Editor, ALL Page Heading Fonts...

I was wondering if there is way to:

Set ANY text that is input through the HTML editor to be say, 12px Arial. I hate having to manually pick the font style, size, etc.. in the editor... Takes too much time.

Is there something I am missing?

Not that I know off, but I always prefer to control my font sizes through my stylesheets anyway.
