Product Qty Min/Unit Mix: Yes / No

So I did a brand new install with the only module (product grid) from my live store on the camelot server. I have the same problem. I did the exact same thing on a my hostmonster sever and no problem.

So both with a brand new database and brand new install the only difference is the php version. Hostmonster has 4.4.8 and Camelot has php 5.2.5.

So if anyone has any ideas on how I need to fix this I would be very grateful. I might also put something on the product grid forum as the developer might have some ideas. But if anyone here can help I would be very appreciative.

Peek at the Known Bugs for v1.3.8 ...

This appears to need a tweak or two for php 5.x ...

Ajeh:

It looks like you are trying to use the Minimim/Maximum/Units that is designed for 1 Product and utilize it across multiple Products ... :unsure:

How many products_id numbers are involved here?

There is an add-on that may be able to handle this ...

Hi there, first time logger onnerer and net no-hoper, but i try ;)

I am currently trying to set up to sell mixed bags of different shirts at the same rate as the discount for multiples of the same shirt... what is this wondrous add-on of which you speak? Or is there another way through it? 7 different id numbers in the one category can all be mixed and matched in a qty of 10...

I kinda gave up. But since the store we were having problems is a wholesale site I ending up using the Quantity Discounts module http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_61&products_id=235

It works great as the custom can purchase a specified quantity from within a category to enable the discount. Which works out great for us as our customers can mix and match. I also got the add on from the developers website that shows the discount in the shopping cart. Very handy.

How this helps
