fckEditor - don't understand how to install

I am trying to add fckEditor to my local computer Zen Cart program but quite frankly I find the Instructions a little brief for a Nebie like me.
The following are the instructions/

1. Un-pack the download package you recieve using WinZip or an archiving program of the like.
2. Upload the files just as they are, your safe to say "Yes to all" and upload...your not overwriting any Zen Cart files.
3. CHMOD sub-directories of /myfiles/ to 777 if you plan on using the File Manager features.
4. Login to your Zen Cart Adminisration area, go to My Store under Configuration, find HTML Editor and set to FCKeditor. Clear your browser's cache!
5. Enjoy!

I have unpacked the fckEditor zip file using winzip and am looking at a long list of files without any foldrers.
Above the file are Icons saying "New, Open, Faverites, etc.)

QUESTIONS:
a. In step 2 how do I upload these files and to what folder in my local Zen Cart program do I upload these file to?
b. Can I do the same thing to my remote server files and how do I do this.
