How do I customize things? like header-sales-text, logo, template, etc?

Im really new to this and adding zencart was the biggest thing i have ever done on a computer however im now wanting to change my template to Arch Shoppe and have done the logo etc but can someone direct me on how to put it on my website pretty please? I have spent most of the day on here searching and cannot for the life of me find ANYTHING lol :shocking:

PS when i do get it changed on my site this happens. What have a done wrong?? I havent played with any codes or anything

Also how on earth do i get rid of the writing on the header that says "header-sales-text"?

And where has all my product etc etc gone from? The small writing says this thats under that picture:

"This file is located in /languages/english/html_includes/classic/

NOTE: Always backup the files in /languages/english/html_includes/your_template"
